Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We offer a variety of beverages and keep a library of magazines for all of our clients, so even if you are early or find yourself waiting, we will do everything we can to make sure you are comfortable!


At Xcelerate Salon, we ask that you give our dedicated stylists the courtesy of notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you cannot make it. Any appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of any services scheduled. 


Xcelerate accepts all major credit cards and cash as payment for all services and products.


We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date for your new or gently used products. Receipts and original price tags are required. All sale items are final sale and not returnable. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
